For the last twenty years I have worked as both an Independent Sales Officer and a Business Consultant in a corporate setting with First Data Corporation. I started in telephone E-Commerce solutions back in 1998 and from there I went to outside business to business sales. When I worked for First Data Corporation I was on the Sam’s Club and Restaurant Depot Alliance and was selected to be one of the first eight people to promote their new POS system Clover. Although I have been nominated for a number of sales awards, I am most known to my clients for my customer service. My clients know that if they need me they can reach me at any time. My mission is to use the expertise that I have gained from my sales experience to enthusiastically help my customers obtain the knowledge they need to make an informed decision about the payment solution that will best fit their business.

Scott began his merchant services career in October of 2001, as First Data expanded their regional coverage into the Mid-Atlantic States, with a brand new alliance with Sovereign Bank. In the ensuing 12 years with the Sovereign Alliance, Scott’s forte was in the partnership with the bank, their customers, as well as their employees. Integrity, honesty, and service, coupled with dependability and availability helped Scott get promoted twice within the first three years with the company. After 12 years within the bank alliance, Scott assisted with the rollout of the Sam’s Club and Restaurant Depot partnership for two years, before embarking on a different path with Merchant Pro Express. Having been with MPX for just over three years, the ability to have autonomy on more of the business ideas has helped Scott flourish in the industry as new products, ideas, and solutions continue to evolve within the industry.
